In advance of the planned post-Reunion ascent of Mt. Completion of the application is a prerequisite to participating and we encourage you to respond soon.

Your responses will only be available to the event organizers.

The number of participants will be limited and your answers to this application will assist us in the participant selection process.  We will create a waiting list if necessary. 

All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver that will be made available in the next weeks.
